Matt Luna
Senior Vice President – Development
Mr. Luna currently serves as Senior Vice President of Development for Kraken Resources. In this role, Mr. Luna manages full-field development, business planning, and technical analysis for Kraken’s assets. Mr. Luna also manages deal evaluations and reserves estimations.
Mr. Luna began his career with Brigham Exploration Company and transitioned to Equinor ASA (formerly Statoil) following the Equinor and Brigham merger. During his tenure with Brigham and Equinor, Mr. Luna held a variety of engineering roles where he developed a thorough understanding of the operational, technical, and A&D aspects of the business.
Mr. Luna is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.
