Jason Nolingberg

General Counsel

Mr. Nolingberg has served as our General Counsel since June of 2019.  Prior to that, Mr. Nolingberg practiced law at the global firm of DLA Piper LLP in the corporate group focusing on mergers, acquisitions, finance and private equity transactions in the oil and gas space. Mr. Nolingberg holds a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude from Texas Tech University and a Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law.
