Vice President - Business Development

Mr. McGhee currently serves as Vice President of Business Development for Kraken Resources. He has 12 years of industry experience in land and various acquisition and divestiture roles. He joined Kraken as a Landman in October 2014 and is now responsible for managing all acquisitions and divestiture within Kraken’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Kraken, Mr. McGhee was an Independent Petroleum Landman having worked in multiple states and basins across the country, including an extended amount of time spent working in the Williston Basin.

Mr. McGhee graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Agricultural Economics. He is a Certified Professional Landman and is an active member in numerous industry organizations such as AAPL, HAPL, WHAPL, MAPL, and ADAM.
